Every piece is handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 days for your item to be crafted and prepared before it ships.

Shipping & Delivery

After processing, orders take 7–18 business days to be shipped and delivered.

Returns

Because each piece is handmade, we do not accept returns. However, we want you to be happy with your order — if your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll gladly provide a refund or replacement. Just reach out with a photo and we'll make it right.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before a tracking number has been generated. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
